Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy is important to us.

Confidential by default

Your responses are kept confidential and used only for research, analytics, and healthcare innovation.

Analyzed in aggregate

Survey results are analyzed in aggregate to identify trends and improve healthcare workflows. Individual answers are not used to single you out.

Never sold

We do not sell your personal information or individual survey responses.

Handled lawfully

Any personal information you choose to provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Voluntary participation

Participation is voluntary. You may skip optional questions or stop the survey at any time.

Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you the following rights over your personal data:

  • Right to be informed — to know what data we collect and why, as set out on this page.
  • Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Right to erasure — to ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restrict processing — to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — to object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
  • Rights around automated decisions — not to be subject to solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Lawful basis for processing

We process your survey responses on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the survey, and our legitimate interest in improving healthcare workflows. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Data retention

We keep identifiable responses only as long as necessary for the research and analytics purposes described above, after which they are deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Exercising your rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact our data protection team at privacy@ehealthcare.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Thank you for helping us build better healthcare through your valuable feedback.
